- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Wow.... don't know what to say. Made an appointment two days ago. Gave my insurance over the phone (member ID, group, type, everything...). Drove up 15 minutes early to my appointment today which was am HOUR AND A HALF DRIVE... and THEN the receptionist decides to inform me they don't take my particular version of Florida Blue. Nothing but a weak "I'm sorry. We can show you a list of other doctors I the area." Yeah, well so can google. Glad I can help reveal your office for the piece of garbage it is. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you want to be yelled at, and talked about in a contemptuous manner by office staff, go here. If you want to have to convince the doctor of your validity as a human being so he'll treat your condition, when you're a self-pay unrestricted by insurance, go here. I left without treatment, because I've never felt so devalued, and because no doctor or spiteful employee should have the eight to determine my worth as a patient. That should go without questioning. These people need a lesson in compassion, and a serious reality check. Please, value yourself enough to choose a doctor who cares about you.October 12, 2017by H. M. N.
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We've been 3 times in 7 days for nose bleeds and still cannot figure out whats wrong but still expect me to pay a $65 co-pay every time...... We went back again today to Winter Park office and were told sorry you gotta go to the Altamonte Springs office I guess they forgot to mention that this morning.... Called the office manager Judy @ 9:20 am this morning to ask why I keep having to pay a co-pay even though they cannot seem to figure out the problem and now it's 12:50 and no call back.
