- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I can't say enough great things about Dr. Reddy and his staff. After nearly a dozen other doctors couldn't diagnose me, Dr. Reddy was able to in just two visits with one blood test. He completely changed my life and now I am completely recovered all thanks to his treatment. If you or your child need an endocrinologist, go straight to Dr. Reddy. He is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He was the first doctor who gave me and my family hope that there was an answer to how sick I was, and I can't thank him enough. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been coming here for a while and never had any problems until yesterday. Apparently they have a new computer system that the ladies at the desk are stressed out over and the patients suffer because of it. Had a disagreement with one rude lady at the desk (curly black hair) and because of it - she deleted my daughter's patient portal! I will be making a complaint with the office and Florida hospital. They should also get their information correct on patient rights. My daughter is 19 - but I handle all the Dr appointments. I understand patient privacy but my daughter was standing right next to me telling her it was OK for me to answer questions about her file. The receptionist actually told me I would need a lawyer to draw up paperwork for this. Seriously? I've done this before - I don't need a lawyer. She needs to take her vocational certificate somewhere else if she doesn't like dealing with patients.January 04, 2017by Andrea Page
